What distinguishes your mentoring from other spiritual offers?
I do not work with techniques or concepts, but in direct contact with the soul. Who is mentoring suitable for?

I have never done energy work before. Is that a problem?
No, not at all. Many of my clients have their first conscious spiritual experience here. All you need is the openness to get involved. You will be guided safely and receive exactly the impulses that will support you on your path.
What if I can't name exactly what my topic is?
That is perfectly fine. Many people only feel a vague sense of heaviness or an inner emptiness. The space we open up quickly reveals what needs to be resolved. Your soul knows the way - I will help you to hear it again.
Which form of energy work is used when?
Purifications always take place without contact. Rituals such as manifestation or reconciliation take place via Zoom. Which method is used and when is revealed intuitively during the process. I tailor each session to you.
What is the difference between your mentoring and the individual session?
In mentoring, I open up a continuous space for you that carries you beyond the individual appointments. This creates a protected field in which we can not only find solutions, but also move issues in their depth. The combination of clear coaching, energetic work and soul connection enables lasting changes that have an effect far beyond the moment.
What do I do between sessions? Are there any tasks?
Between sessions, I will give you clear energetic direction and impulses on how to stay in touch with yourself. I will show you what you can pay attention to, what serves your process and how you can integrate the changes into your everyday life. If you have any questions or need inspiration, I will be available for you during this time.
What do I have to do during a contact-free session?
You don't have to do anything. Many people consciously take time to meditate or drink cocoa. Some are also out and about or working. Anything goes - the important thing is that you feel good.
Is there anything I should be aware of before or after the sessions?
Please refrain from drinking alcohol on the days surrounding the session, as it can disrupt the energetic process. Take good care of yourself, drink plenty of water and take some space for yourself if possible.
