The Power of Balance

Why hiring more women is not the sole answer.

My job as a buyer was mainly about the balance of power. Who has the better cards in the negotiation? How do I play with it to get what I want?

In my current world of Shamanic Executive Coaching, I am experiencing a new topic. My energetic work with teams has made clear to me how vital balanced energy is in a team. It becomes obvious when different genders from different hierarchy levels are at the same event. The energies carry each other, balance each other and create the space for harmony and healing.

Based on this realization, I took a closer look at the issue of gender balance in the workplace and realized that simply hiring more women is not enough to create a truly balanced team. It's about the duality of feminine and masculine energy within us. Everyone carries both masculine and feminine parts, and it is critical to find an individual balance to create a harmonious energy within the team.

When we talk about gender balance, it is important to recognize that not every woman automatically brings in predominantly female energy. Just as there are men who have more feminine characteristics.

The idea that gender alone determines what energy someone brings is too simplistic. It is the individual balance of energies that counts.

In my own experience, I have found that a woman with a high masculine energy can naturally contribute little to the feminine energy of a team. The point is not to stigmatize or devalue certain qualities but to create a balance. It's about harnessing the assets of both energies and recognizing their synergy.

This is where my work comes into play. My Shamanic Executive Coaching is a tool to create balance between masculine and feminine energy. Through the targeted use of energy work, it is possible to release blockages and find a deeper balance between our masculine and feminine parts.

It is not only important to seek this balance at the individual level but also the team level. A balanced team consists of people who have found their balance and can harmoniously contribute their energies. By supporting each other, developing an understanding of the different energies, and creating space for self-reflection, we can create an environment that promotes the development and integration of both energies.

Say goodbye to the idea that gender alone determines what energy someone brings to the table. Focus on fostering balanced energy within the team and allowing each individual to find balance. By using energy healing as a tool, we can unleash the power of the duality of female and male energy in the workplace and create a truly harmonious and productive environment.
