The Rauhnächte 2024 were another magical time for me.

The energy that arose during our workshop together was simply unique. It was a great honor for me to accompany you through this special phase of the year. Your trust, your openness and your deep involvement made this space possible in the first place. I am infinitely grateful for that.

1st Rauhnacht, 25.12.

The connection to your own intuition

During the first Rauhnacht, I was able to open a powerful energy field in which the souls of the workshop participants met with their higher selves. Some already knew each other well, others approached each other cautiously - a festive scene developed in which the souls danced with their higher selves.

Our intuition is the key to the spiritual world. Connecting with our higher self means finding access to our deepest inner truth.

The basis for powerful work in the workshop was created.

2nd Rauhnacht, 26.12.

Activating our essence

On the second Raunacht, we were all able to activate our essence together and strengthen it by doing this as a community.

After a thorough cleansing of the heart chakra, each soul received a gift from the Higher Self: a tool that was individually tuned to activate their own essence. Whether through a ray of light, a touch or a magical vial - each essence was set in motion in a unique way.

As the activation progressed, a large, jade-green crystal cluster formed, with each spike reflecting the individual essence of the participants. Each prong was unique, with sparkling stars, glowing shimmer or a rich green. As the group connected with this crystal, a brilliant white aura was created, amplifying the collective energy.

It was impressive for me to see how the strength of the group was formed from the individual energies. This concentrated power will carry us through the Rauhnächte.

3rd Rauhnacht, 27.12.

Individual messages from the spiritual world

I was able to experience something very special on the third Rauhnacht:

I saw each soul standing in its own colored ray of light. This vision showed me that I was to receive a personal message from the spiritual world for each participant.

The messages were deeply touching and full of clarity, love and inspiration for the path into the new year.

4th Rauhnacht, 28.12.

Self-forgiveness

As soon as the energy session opens, I am drawn into the space of the solar plexus chakra. I see a bright yellow glass palace full of light and power.

This is about self-forgiveness. With the Hawaiian Ho'oponopono ritual, we immerse ourselves in a process of inner healing, recognize limiting beliefs and negative programming, and let them go.

It is often our own resentment towards ourselves that blocks our strength the most.

Self-forgiveness is the key to releasing these blockages.

5th Rauhnacht, 29.12.

Courage to change!

On the fifth Rauhnacht, I was once again able to immerse myself deeply in the group energy.

My legs started to tingle, they made themselves felt and seemed to say: here's the message. When I turned my attention to my legs, I felt that they were set in concrete.

I also quickly realized the significance of this: it is a symbol of the fact that many people feel stuck in their situation and are unable to take the next important step.

I dissolved this energetic "concrete", cleaned and strengthened the legs.

At the end, the group received beautiful, luminous light sneakers - full of strength, lightness and courage to continue on their way.

6th Rauhnacht, 30.12.

The energy of abundance

On the sixth Rauhnacht I was able to receive a completely new form of energy that I can work with from now on.

I saw an ivory-colored, very solid energy that I had never seen before. A radiant temple formed from it, into which the souls were allowed to enter.

Each soul received a personal gift created from this magical energy.

The gifts were very different. Everyone was able to enjoy the tools that will help them to manifest a life in abundance.

7th Rauhnacht, 31.12.

Remember the joy

On the seventh Rauhnacht, we were invited to discover and celebrate the joy within us. I was shown a supernatural fair - a colorful flower meadow full of vibrant colors, butterflies, and fairy-tale rides. Everything is light, playful and full of magic.

This image reminds us how powerful it is to invite joy into our lives and how often we lose sight of it because we focus too much on the dark side.

Thank you, dear Spirits, for this valuable reminder.

8th Rauhnacht, 01.01

Light shower - deep cleansing and transformation

Tonight's Rauhnacht was all about cleansing, healing and transformation. In a powerful shower of light, all those energies that are no longer useful were released.

This radiant, living light, consisting of pure universal love, had a gentle but profound effect. For some it was old blockages that were released, for others it was a gentle clearing of the energy field to make space for the new that wants to enter your life in 2025.

9th Rauhnacht, 02.01

The joy of duality

On the Raunacht on January 2nd, I received a powerful message from my spirits during the energy treatment that touched me deeply. It was about why we came here as souls. The experience of duality.

Duality means joy and pain, light and shadow. However, we humans often tend to perceive suffering more strongly and neglect joy. Many spiritual teachers even say that it is more spiritual to avoid worldly pleasures. Pleasure is bad, they say.

But my spirits showed me a completely different picture: enjoy the benefits of duality!

You have a body that can feel, experience and enjoy - so do it! Enjoy life, your sexuality, good food, a glass of good wine. Enjoy your beautiful home, your own beauty and your favorite clothes. Go out, take in the world, look at this wonderful creation. That's exactly what you're here for!

But they also reminded me: enjoy consciously. Embrace the joys of life, but don't let them become an addiction. Your incarnation is a gift - live it with joy and full awareness.

10th Rauhnacht, 03.01

Don't underestimate your light!

In today's Energy Download, I encountered an army of brave warriors on horseback, riding across the earth with huge torches of light, setting the earth alight with their light. The riders were the souls of the participants, sitting on beautiful horses of light.

At first I was confused. But when I took a longer look, it became clear what was going on here: We are bringing our light into the world and making it brighter. By using our light, we illuminate others.

I also noticed that the torches were of different sizes. Some were still quite small, while others were huge. This difference in size was a symbol of the self-worth of the soul carrying the torch.

Some torches are still small and perhaps it is still unclear what they should use to bring light into the world. That's why I added an extra portion of self-worth to the download energy in this session.

11th Rauhnacht, 04.01

Learn to channel

I channel messages from the spiritual world daily for my Rauhnächte workshop, but it is important to me that the participants also learn to receive their own messages. Channeling is a skill that lies within each of us - it just needs some practice. That's why I've written this simple guide:

1️⃣ Find a quiet place
Take 10 minutes in which you are undisturbed. Make yourself comfortable, light a candle and choose some calming meditation music.

2️⃣ Say an opening prayer
Invite the beings of the highest light and the angels to accompany you:
"I ask the beings of the highest light and the angels to bring me messages that come from love, wisdom and truth. Thank you for being with me now and accompanying me."

3️⃣ Take a deep breath and relax
Take 5 deep breaths to arrive fully in your body. Feel how your breath relaxes and centers you.

4️⃣ Visualize golden energy
Imagine a golden stream of divine energy flowing into you from above. Let this energy fill you completely and connect you with the spiritual world.

5️⃣ Receive the messages
Be open and listen. The messages can come to you in different ways - perhaps you feel, know, hear or see them. Sometimes they are words, sometimes images or simply feelings. Trust that everything that comes is exactly right.

6️⃣ End with a thank you
Always end your channeling with a thank you:
"I thank the beings of light and the angels for their loving support and the messages I was able to receive today. Thank you for your presence and guidance."

My tip: It is completely normal if you only perceive a little at the beginning. With time and regular practice, the connection will become stronger and you will be able to receive more and more clearly. Treat yourself to this healing time as often as you like - perhaps even several times a day.

12th Rauhnacht, 05.01

Receive without giving

On January 5th, during the Rauhnächte Energy Channeling, I had a very special experience. As lightworkers, we often feel the responsibility to carry our light and energy out into the world. Our existence is characterized by giving, serving and the focus on helping others. But how often do we allow ourselves to simply receive - without the immediate expectation of passing on?

In this channeling, I received a pure, powerful energy that was clearly meant just for me. My thoughts immediately began to spin:
How can I use this to help others?
But then another impulse came: what if it's okay that this moment is just for me?

When I was able to let myself fall into the experience, I felt the whole energy of the group inside me. We are all connected! By receiving these energies, they automatically flow into the group energy. The connection with all that is makes this possible.

13th Rauhnacht, 06.01

Closing ceremony

In the last energy session of the Raunächte, we found ourselves in a radiant white temple of light, a place of purity and transformation.

A gentle rain of golden stars fell from above, opening us up to the new possibilities and flooding our energy field.

Small angel wings were lovingly attached to our backs - a symbolic reminder of our inner lightness and spiritual alignment.

Our chakras glowed in their powerful colors as they were activated and harmonized once again through the cleansing process.
